From 15 June 2020, ROM has moved all in-house civil solemnizations to the National Museum of Singapore - and I am very happy.. It is because the area is much bigger and nice, and with social distancing measures in place. I shot here once since the phase 2 opening, and the feel is great. It has been a long time. I have not updated this website for almost 6.5 years. This website was borned when I first started my photography services more than 10 years ago.
